BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Marie A. Bacon, of Bridgeport, died on Monday, July 27, at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was 72.
Bacon was born on Jan. 4, 1943. to Roger and Marie Vaillancourt.
She worked for Pathmark Supermarkets and Stop and Shop as a pharmacy technician until retiring in 2013.
She is survived by her husband, James; three children, David, Steven and his wife Kathy of Stratford. Michelle Bacon and her companion John Kay of Ansonia. two granddaughters, Caitlin and Heather Bacon of Stratford, three sisters, Doris Massey and her husband Robert of N.H., Janice DeFelice and her companion Neil Kenney of Mass., and Janet Mahfuz and her husband Hussein of N.H.
Bacon was predeceased by her parents and stepfather Roger Lagasse.
Visiting hours are on Friday, July 31, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, at 419 White Plains Road in Trumbull, with a prayer service at 7:15 p.m.
Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
